So you have decided you don’t want to put your pooch in kennels… so you’re keen on overnight stays, but how does it work?
1) Let us know the dates you require and we will let you know if we are available. Due to the nature of them, we have very limited spaces.
2) Book a meeting. If we already know you and your dog, everything will be simple. However, if you are new to Poppy and Pals Pet Care, we need to discuss whether our services suit you and your pet. Usually, by the end of the meeting, we both know whether it will work out, however, subsequent walks can be arranged if your dog is nervous.
3) Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. This covers us if you cancel and you if we get another potential booking, once it is booked it is booked.
4) Keys must be on file at least one week before the overnights are due to start and key collection may be charged.
5) Once overnights start we do not job share. Although the lines often become blurred as we try to make our owners feel comfortable with us 100%, due to insurance issues we cannot allow other people in and out of your home unless in very strict circumstances (cleaners, builders, etc.) and you may note our insurance may be invalidated.
