What information do we collect?
In order to process your order and administer your account, we collect your email address, telephone number, full name and postal address. We also collect information about your home and pet so that we may best serve you both. We never store or save your card and payment details.

We collect information about you and your pets so that we can process any services to the best of our ability. If you have consented, we may send marketing communications about other services we offer. You may update your communication preferences at any time via your software sign up or by contacting our customer services team.

a. When you give us direct permission to obtain information
Information is collected from you when you enquire about a ‘Meet and Greet’ and voluntarily give us your information. We will only use your information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.
